Hello, my name is Karen, and I am deeply passionate about guiding women on their journey to healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.
As a healer, I draw on a rich tapestry of practices, including Usui Reiki, Rose Reiki, Lemurian Reiki, Sekhmet Reiki and crystal healing, to support transformation on every level.
I am also a forest school teacher and sound healer, working in harmony with the cycles of the moon and the seasons of the year.
Through moon ceremonies, cacao ceremonies, seasonal celebrations, and sacred rituals, I create nurturing spaces for women to reconnect with their inner power, their ancestral wisdom, and the natural rhythms of life.
My heart’s mission is to help women who feel lost rediscover their strength and come home to themselves.
